Benefit Concert for Lisa Baasch Spend an afternoon enjoying wonderful music from our areas talent on Sunday, March 4th at 2pm here in our Church. Come and listen to the Master’s Voice Quartet, Gary Randall, Richard Wolf, Phyllis Foster, the Maplewood Men and more! A free-will donation will be received to help offset medical expenses for Lisa. Three Simple Questions Who is God? Who am I? Who are we together? Pastor Ryan will be leading this large group Lent Study on Sundays at 10:45am and Tuesdays at noon. Pastor Kris will lead the study @ the Callies’ home on Thursdays at 8:00pm; Glenda Blom will lead a study on Wednesdays following worship @ the church. Books are $5, Studies begin Feb. 22nd.

2012 World Day of Prayer The Madison Church Women United will be hosting the annual celebration of World Day of Prayer on Friday, March 2, 2012 at the Madison United Methodist Church. The program starts at 1:30pm. The women of Malaysia have chosen the theme “Let Justice Prevail.” The speaker will be Pastor Ryan Mutzenberger. As part of the celebration this year, Madison Church Women United will be honoring Ann Lang with the CWU Valiant Woman Award. A presentation will be made to her family since Ann passed away early last fall.

Missions February Mission of the month: Habitat for Humanity The Crossing Event for 6th-8th grade March 9-11 at DWU This annual Dakotas Conference weekend event will be held at Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, SD. Mark your calendars so you won’t miss it. The event fills the weekend with worship, speakers, hang-out time, a comedian and other fun. Cost per youth from Madison will be $35. Sign up in the youth room if you plan on attending. We will need chaperones for this event.
